IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Assist in the freight planning on the day to day tasks
- Answer to internal and overseas offices enquiries
- Secure airline space for daily bookings
- Ensure that all BUPs are fully optimize and maximize
- Proactively anticipate commercial demand for uplift capacity
- Monitor for timely update of the airline final load
- Ensure that complete documents are accompanied for export processing
- Handle queries and complain from Internal and External customer
- Maintain and foster good working relationship with carrier.
- Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company as and when deemed appropriate
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/ degree with at least 4-6 years of work experience
- Broad understanding of the Air Freight business
- Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
