Senior Executive, Air Freight Product Capacity Management

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Assist in the freight planning on the day to day tasks
• Answer to internal and overseas offices enquiries
• Secure airline space for daily bookings
• Ensure that all BUPs are fully optimize and maximize
• Proactively anticipate commercial demand for uplift capacity
• Monitor for timely update of the airline final load
• Ensure that complete documents are accompanied for export processing
• Handle queries and complain from Internal and External customer
• Maintain and foster good working relationship with carrier.
• Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company as and when deemed appropriate

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/ degree with at least4-6 years of work experience
• Broad understanding of the Air Freight business
• Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
