Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of allied health departments, ensuring effective front counter services and collaboration with team members to address system and process challenges. Maintain adherence to established HAP/SOP/Work Instructions through regular reviews and updates of relevant documentation. Analyze patient feedback trends to enhance counter services, actively working to resolve issues and recognize positive experiences. Review and streamline workflows for new and existing services based on the department's evolving needs. Monitor service utilization rates and develop initiatives to optimize resource usage. Conduct risk assessments and manage audit requirements for service counters. Facilitate appropriate induction, orientation, and training for Service Associates to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Engage in recruitment and retention efforts to foster a stable, skilled, and motivated workforce aiming for positive patient and caregiver outcomes. Ensure effective two-way communication between staff and management, providing timely information dissemination and addressing issues with recommended solutions. Innovate and implement new services to continuously improve service levels and enhance patient satisfaction. Participate in organizational initiatives related to sustainability and service improvement. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline preference for candidates from healthcare-related or business management backgrounds. Minimum of 3 years of operational experience in a healthcare clinic setting. Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare management systems such as EPIC and NBS. Strong team player with effective communication abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills along with critical thinking capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive attitude. Empathy and strong social skills for building trust and effectively handling sensitive situations.
