Senior Executive (1 year contract renewable) JJT

• Coordinate implementation: Translate agreed initiatives into clear work plans, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities, and coordinate implementation across Schools and relevant University units.
• Engage stakeholders: Serve as a key liaison with School Curriculum Committees and other stakeholders, ensuring that expectations, requirements and next steps are clearly understood.
• Track progress and follow through: Maintain oversight of tasks, decisions and outstanding actions proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Job requirement:

• Experience in supporting curriculum committees, academic governance or initiatives involving multiple Schools or departments.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and follow them through to completion.
