Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Compensation & Benefits policies and programmes in line with business objectives.
- Oversee bi-monthly payroll processing, including CPF, statutory contributions, tax reporting, government claims, and payroll audits.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, vendor management, invoices, and Spot Awards.
- Maintain and enhance HRIS/Workday systems, HR data, reporting, and process automation.
- Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Lead annual salary increment and bonus exercises, including simulation and computation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on annual manpower and staff cost budgeting.
- Provide support and guidance on payroll, benefits, HRIS, and C&B-related matters.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in SAP and Workday is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, statutory requirements, and HR systems.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and data management skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, hands-on, and a good team player.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
