Senior Event Manager

Aspire is excited to be partnering with a global event agency based in Singapore, looking to hire for an experienced Event Producer to join their buzzing team!

This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with exciting brands on major projects. You'll be busy but representing some incredible events across APAC.

THE ROLE

You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management with luxury brands.

• Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
• Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
• Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• 5 - 7+ years event management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Client facing experience.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
• Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
• Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
