In this role, you will take ownership of event planning and execution, working closely with internal teams including logistics, carpentry, design, and operations to deliver high-quality corporate events, exhibitions, and roadshows.

You will work closely with our in-house fabrication, design, and logistics teams to deliver end-to-end event solutions for clients.

This role is fast-paced and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing events to life while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.

  • Prepare and present event proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and operational planning to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (design, logistics, fabrication, and operations) to prepare event materials, manpower, and schedules.

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and partners to ensure all event requirements are met.

  • Oversee venue sourcing, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and setup/tear-down planning.

  • Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned with project requirements.

  • Support manpower planning, promoter recruitment, and deployment for roadshows and activation events.

  • Manage event budgets, expense tracking, and post-event reporting.

  • Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, or project coordination.

  • Experience managing corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, or product launches will be an advantage.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

  • Bilingual candidates preferred to support communication with clients and vendors.

  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays, depending on event schedules.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to work on large-scale events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

  • Hands-on involvement from concept development to on-site execution.

  • Work with an in-house fabrication, design, and logistics team, providing end-to-end event solutions.

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment with career growth opportunities.
