Role: EUC Infrastructure Engineer (Intune / SCCM / Azure AD) - Contract
Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract (via NTT DATA)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced EUC Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise-wide endpoint management and security operations.
This is an infrastructure-level EUC role (not desktop support), responsible for managing Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, M365 and ensuring device compliance across a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and Active Directory (GPO, OU management)
- Perform endpoint deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement
- Implement and maintain device compliance, imaging, Autopilot, and automation scripts (PowerShell)
- Support VMware / VDI environments for endpoint and server-side operations
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and licensing administration
- Collaborate with Infrastructure & Security teams to improve endpoint stability and security posture
- Handle incident resolution, RCA, change management, and participate in security audits
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards for EUC systems
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in EUC Infrastructure / Systems Engineering .
- Hands-on experience with:
Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, AD, GPO, Windows OS, M365 administration - Strong expertise in patch management, OS hardening, endpoint protection, compliance policies
- Experience supporting VMware / virtual desktop environments
- Exposure to financial institutions or large enterprises is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
