Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global organization in the maritime and sustainability space to identify a Senior Partnerships Advisor to be based in Singapore. This is a strategic, externally-facing role focused on building and strengthening partnerships that drive ESG initiatives across the maritime ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Senior Partnerships Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and managing strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, supporting the adoption of sustainability frameworks and ESG-driven solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, helping to advance safety, environmental performance, and responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with shipowners, operators, charterers, and industry stakeholders
  • Drive engagement and adoption of ESG and sustainability initiatives across the maritime sector
  • Act as a subject matter advisor on ESG-related topics, including decarbonisation, environmental compliance, and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and support commercial growth through relationship development
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and client engagements
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and ESG best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or stakeholder management
  • Strong background in ESG, sustainability, or environmental management (maritime experience highly preferred)
  • Good understanding of shipping, maritime operations, or marine risk/compliance frameworks
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across global organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset
