YOUR ROLE
- LAM SABRE Equipment Engineer to maintaining and optimizing copper plating systems used in semiconductor manufacturing and ensure the plating equipment operates efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes to meet quality standards.
- Semiconductor PVD equipment knowledge includes PVD techniques(sputtering), Equipment components, Process control, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Safety protocols
- Working closely with the process team for hardware improvement, tool robustness, and cost saving.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
- Understanding of PVD processes and equipment, troubleshooting and maintenance expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, vacuum technology and thin-film deposition.
- Technical knowledge of equipment and processes, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Self-motivative and independent take initiative and work efficiently without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
