What You'll Do
- Ensure Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Private Limited (CCSB) complies with all applicable local regulatory requirements and KORE standards related to Environmental, Sustainability, and Occupational Safety & Health (EOSH).
- Monitor regulatory developments and maintain an accurate, up-to-date EOSH legal register.
- Advise CCSB stakeholders on non-compliance risks and legal implications related to safety, fire safety, health, environmental, and security matters that may impact business operations.
- Conduct regular safety and fire safety inspections across CCSB premises, including SGCD Tuas Warehouse, Pasir Panjang Office, and other facilities, to identify gaps and prevent operational disruptions.
- Establish, implement, and sustain EOSH programs, policies, procedures, and Life Saving Rules to support daily operations and meet business, legal, and corporate requirements.
- Evaluate and provide strategic direction to strengthen environmental and occupational safety & health programs, including fleet and road safety, across assigned sites and operations.
- Lead incident investigations, ensure timely implementation of corrective actions, and submit statutory reports (iReport) to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), including support for compensation and insurance claims in accordance with the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA).
- Establish, review, and approve Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MOS), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permits to Work (PTW) to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met prior to work commencement.
- Liaise with and support officers from SPF, MOM, SCDF, NEA, WSH Council, and other regulatory bodies during audits, inspections, and unannounced site visits.
- Oversee the maintenance and compliance of facilities and critical safety systems, including emergency alarms, fire detection and protection systems, MHEs, MEWPs, and pressure vessels.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly EOSH performance reports to Supply Chain senior leadership, including LTIR, TIR, FACR, TSI, and VCR, with trend analysis and effectiveness review of control measures.
- Provide safety leadership and guidance to stakeholders to support EOSH goals, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and sustain procedures to assess safety and health risks associated with new processes, equipment, or materials, and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Manage medical and emergency preparedness programs, including first aid arrangements, medical surveillance (where applicable), emergency response planning, training, and drills.
- Coordinate and deliver EOSH training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and employee competency requirements are met.
- Maintain complete and accurate EOSH documentation and records, including inspections, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, injury and illness logs, and training records.
- Ensure all internal and external EOSH communications comply with company standards and governance requirements.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment through effective enforcement of EOSH standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building, Safety & Health, Environment, or equivalent.
- Holds WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or Registered WSH Officer with MOM is preferred.
- Must possess Work at Height Assessor / Approver qualifications & Risk Assessor Leader.
- Having ECO / ECC competencies is added advantage.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in FMCG/beverage storage environment or any other related field with a strong work experience in warehousing safety.
