Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Must have experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery, with at least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience.
- Valid Ivalua L3 certification - Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes: RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing.
- Experience delivering large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM).
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience across requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for public service and working for the public good.
- Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, and SGTS advantageous.
- Familiarity with public sector data protection regulations is advantageous.
