Senior / Enrolled Nurse, Dialysis

• Provide basic nursing care in line with approved standards and care plans
• Monitor and report changes in residents conditions and needs
• Assist with medication serving and ensure adherence to safe medication practices
• Supervise care staff in hygiene care, feeding, positioning, and vital signs monitoring
• Assist in the admission and orientation of new residents
• Support rehabilitation activities (e.g., range of motion exercises, walking)
• Organise and accompany residents to therapy sessions and medical appointments
• Respond and escalate promptly during emergency situations
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Support ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the RN or Nurse Manager

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of nursing experience is preferred!
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing certificate
