Senior Engineering Specialist (Data Analytics)

• Process Characterization & Troubleshooting:Identifyand analyze key process input variables (KPIVs) affecting equipment performance. Map relationships between inputs and outputs(KPOVs) and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Data Analytics & AI:Utilizedata analytics, machine learning, and AI/GenAI tools for advanced troubleshooting and to drive operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement:Initiateand implement projects to improve equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, safety, and cost savings.
• Lean Manufacturing & Safety:Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing programs. Support equipment safety initiatives andparticipatein audits (Customer, QMS, EHS).
• Collaboration & Growth:Work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and career development.

• Education:Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• Mindset:Self-motivated, creative thinker with a positive attitude. Effective team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience: Relevant experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or process improvement is an advantage.
