What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop an exceptional team of engineers Mentor them in technical, soft-skills, and with their career progression
- Lead the team to build stable, scalable, and reliable features and services
- Spend a portion of time actively contributing to the codebase
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver delightful products to users
- Prioritize and manage product delivery timelines and clearly communicate goals and progress within the team as well as to stakeholders.
- Participate in release management and incident management (on-call rotation) to help ensure that the availability goals are met
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of leading a technical team
- Sound understanding of development lifecycle and proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Proven team leadership in managing a relatively large team (onsite and remote)
- Good product mindset with the ability to balance project features and engineering quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- Excellent technical background
- Passion for, clean code, technology, and crypto
- Highly accountable with a bias for action, a collaborative attitude, and a lifelong learner
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effectively
- Experience working in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain is a plus
- Excellent English and Technical communication skills
