We're looking to add a Senior/ Engineering Assistant, Maintenance in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Senior/ Engineering Assistant, Maintenance you will:

Carry out general maintenance and line set-up as assigned and instructed. Attend to machine/equipment error notification & resolve it for better line efficiency. Ensure all the maintenance work carried out comply with safety/industry standard.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of machine/equipment/tool/jig.
• Back End Wave solder machine daily task & maintenance: Per PCBA model change, to perform wave machine setting (set conveyor width, wave speed & temperature)
• Back End Inline Aqueous Washing machine daily task & maintenance. Perform chemical top up, monitor DI water filtration sanity daily
• Back End Router machines daily task & maintenance: Per PCBA model change, setup jig, program conversion
• Provide production line support.
• Assist in evaluations and data collection.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Perform machine set-up for production.
• Must be able to support other shift / area when required by superior.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Company.

AUTHORITY

• Repair & maintain machine/equipment/tool/jig
• Stop & report any unauthorized/improper usage of machine/equipment that may cause damages to it.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in SMT or contract manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Able to work independently to support production schedules.
