Monitor and control WIP movement across all process modules (Litho, Plating, Etch, Reflow, etc.), ensuring line balance, FIFO compliance, and bottleneck resolution
Analyze cycle times, hold lots, and line utilization, implement corrective actions to optimize factory flow
Lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of the Real-Time Dispatch (RTD) system, including rule tuning and MES integration
Design, implement, and operate Command Center dashboards for WIP, tool status, OEE, cycle time, and alarm monitoring
Coordinate real-time monitoring, event escalation, and recovery response during production upsets or facility issues
Conduct data analysis, develop dashboards, predictive alerts, and reporting tools to support fab performance and continuous improvement
Drive cycle time reduction and line balancing projects, document SOPs, and train engineers and operators
Collaborate with Operations, Process, Equipment, and IT teams to ensure smooth production and system integration
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, or related discipline
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or advanced packaging manufacturing
Proven expertise in RTD system setup/configuration (e.g., Applied E3, Camstar RTD, PROMIS, or equivalent)
Experience in Command Center establishment, dashboard setup, and factory monitoring systems
Familiar with MES logic, dispatch rule design, automation communication protocols, and system data structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python preferred)
Excellent cross-functional communication and project execution capability
