Introduction:
This position is for process integration engineer focusing on the development of advanced semiconductor technologies (TMR/RRAM) including qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements.
Your Job:
Work with different teams (process module, device, TCAD, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes (TMR/RRAM)
Integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase
Characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
Perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues
Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
Required Qualifications:
Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration will be an advantage
Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply
1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team
