Job Description
We are seeking for aspiring Senior / Engineer, Technical Support to join our talented team. Our ideal candidate will support the division across the full spectrum of technical support activities for Clean Track products in the region.
What you will be doing:
- Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve complex technical issues
- Drive productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and manufacturing stability
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions to address customer needs and operational challenges
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments like engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure timely and effective support
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal organizations to facilitate communication and issue resolution
- Support and lead technical projects in collaboration with global teams and overseas customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience including a minimum of 6 years technical support experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, preferably in Clean Track products
- Proven global experience in leading improvement initiatives and driving project execution
- Strong technical aptitude with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cleanroom environment
- Willingness to work shift hours and/or be on standby after office hours, including weekends and public holidays
