Job Responsibilities
- Manage OSATs suppliers quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers on Continuous Improvement Programs.
- Oversee periodic quality reviews with suppliers (Yield, DPPM, CPK, ORM) and drive improvements.
- Conduct supplier and host customer audits.
- Manage Supplier Process Change Notices.
- Chair Material Review Board (MRB) and handle non-conformance material disposition.
- Manage supplier/customer 8D, implement effective corrective/preventive actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field
- Relevant experience within Semi-Conductor Assembly/Test/Bumping industry.
- Experience in Process, Packaging, QA, or Supplier Quality Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in advanced assembly packaging (CoWoS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of 8-Discipline report, FMEA, SPC, and DOE.
- Supplier audit experience, familiarity with ISO9001 and VDA6.3 audit processes are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Must be a team player.
