- Provide IT support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, smartboards, iPads, printers, and other peripherals
- Facilitate the use of music recording studio, providing assistance to staffs and students for audio track recording
- Facilitate and provide video recording during examination sessions for recorded proctoring
- Manage classroom smartboard and device management
- Maintain and improve technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related
Job Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in troubleshooting Windows OS and networking devices (switches, firewalls, wireless network)
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network monitoring tools
- Audio engineering skills, with knowledge of using Mixers, audio interfaces, Pro Tools to support audio recording, editing and mixing
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Past experience with Education / MOE schools preferred. Able to find solutions to problems with some degree of flexibility in the approach whenever possible and investigate enquiries and respond in a timely manner
