Senior/ Engineer (Project Management, Mechanical)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects, ensuring the effective maintenance and management of facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects. Supervise the preventive maintenance activities conducted by outsourced service providers. Execute programs to enhance the operations and maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. Develop work plans aimed at improving system reliability and integrity. Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation at all levels. Provide management with updates on Integrated Operations and improvements, including Kaizen initiatives. Analyze and improve maintenance contracts as necessary. Ensure readiness for shift coverage when required. Support the Department during audits, inspections, and accreditation processes. Assume the role of project manager in integrated operations areas.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management. Experience in a high-technology manufacturing or healthcare environment is advantageous.
