Senior/ Engineer (Project Management, Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects effectively. Carry out maintenance for existing structures and oversee project management of current and new facilities. Supervise preventive maintenance tasks executed by outsourced service partners. Develop and implement programs for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Analyze and develop maintenance contracts to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. Provide updates to management on integrated operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Assume the project manager role in diverse integrated operations areas. Support the department in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes. Develop comprehensive work plans to enhance system reliability and integrity. Write reports and provide regular project updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management. Proven experience in contract and procurement management. Familiarity with high technology manufacturing or healthcare environments is an added advantage.
