Responsibilities

• Oversee contract governance and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines for land transport projects. Manage tender and contract administration processes, including preparing cost estimates and drafting tender documents. Evaluate tenders and administer contracts, including payment processing, variations assessment, and claims evaluation. Provide contractual advice and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or project management related to multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Strong understanding of contract conditions related to IT, engineering, or construction projects is advantageous. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Excellent written, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
