Senior Engineer, Process Development (Downstream)

Your new role

In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the Process Development function, providing technical leadership for cell culture and/or purification commercial processes. You will lead product lifecycle improvements, resolve complex technical challenges, drive process optimization initiatives, and provide support for technology transfer and regulatory activities.
You will also collaborate extensively with crossfunctional partners in Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and technical development teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and consistent process performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Advancedvdegree (PhD/Master's/Bachelor's/Diploma) with relevant years of experiencevin biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or biologics manufacturing
• Significant experience in largescale commercial manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of cell culture processes, singleuse systems, downstream recovery, and process scaleup
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GMP)
• Strong analytical, project management, and problemsolving skills
• Proven ability to lead investigations, manage crossfunctional initiatives, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
