Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and engineering of the FPSO Topsides as part of the Process team
- Responsible for the process interfaces with Hull and Turret
- Responsible for developing the PFDs, P&IDs, process data sheets, SAFE charts and other process deliverables
- Hands on experience with Hysys or similar process simulation tools, process calculations, utility balance calculations and familiarity with dynamic simulation
- Participating in the HSE workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessment and similar
- Review of process deliverables submitted by the contractors and vendors
- Review of reports submitted by third party specialists for blowdown study, AIV/FIV and similar
- Work with the Process Lead and issue the assigned deliverables as per project schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the design of FPSO and Oil and Gas projects
- Experience in FEED and Execution phases of the project
- Experience in Yard support, FPSO start-up and Operations support will be an added advantage
Skills
- Familiarity with the relevant international standards
- Familiarity with smart tools will be an added advantage
- Proactive and able to work independently, applying a structured and systematic approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to actively participate in the workshops
- Ability to deliver high quality work on time
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary / multinational environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
