- Provide and supervise IT support to staff and students.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage operating system deployment, virtual environment, software installation, and patching processes.
- Troubleshoot server / network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
- Coordinate server and network enhancement projects, including procurement and vendor management.
- Manage MDM for student iPad PLD platform.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related needs.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in the administration of Vmware, Hyper-v, Windows AD, MS365, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint and networking devices (switches, firewalls, wireless network).
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, VPN, VLAN, and network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles, endpoint protection, and data security best practices.
- Ability to manage projects, procurement processes and vendor coordination.
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Past experience with Education / MOE schools preferred.
- This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
