Job Summary
As a Senior Engineer at LEE TECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD, you will lead and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements while driving project progress and delivering technical solutions in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentary work for tenders, progress reports, handover documents, and as-built drawings to support project milestones
- Monitor project progress against schedules to ensure timely delivery and identify deviations for corrective action
- Analyze and resolve air-conditioning system issues to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and oversee assigned engineering projects to meet quality and performance standards
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and represent their interests on-site
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members to enhance team performance and project outcomes
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide technical support and facilitate problem-solving
- Independently review engineering deliverables and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and compliance
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to uphold service excellence and client relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of related working experience is preferred.
- Open to candidates of all experience levels.
- Minimum relevant certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD to support project planning and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and project stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with willingness to work extra hours as needed
- Availability to start immediately or with short notice
