We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead industrial engineering initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings in our manufacturing operation.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow
- Drive improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency and Cost Performance through work method optimization, simulation & automation
- Develop Labor utilization standards for benchmarking
- Lead workflow optimization and labor resource deployment efforts to enable scalability
- Model and analyse different business requirements and propose cost effective solutions
- Tool up business cases and prepare proposals for management review
- Perform Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing within Infineon Backend community
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Min. Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Domain knowledge in Industrial Engineering or related field will be an advantage
- Highly analytical with desire to initiate improvements
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and project management experience
- Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possesses experience in applying DMAIC principles will have distinct advantage
