Lead and oversee the installation, commissioning and acceptance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations in site.
Project coordinator to interface with the other teams to support new area, expansion and upgrading of all infrastructure supporting the plant facilities
Responsible for equipment relocation and removal of existing and installation of new equipment
Arrange vendors to carry out site assessments prior to the receiving/installation of laboratory equipment to ascertain what services and what capacity of said services are required to hook-up new machines
Ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of all facility infrastructure, which will include but not limited to Specialized Clean room HVAC systems, Ultra-pure water systems, vacuum and compressed air systems, specialist gases and critical mechanical, electrical & plumbing control systems
Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
Carry out cost saving and sustainability initiatives
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving measures
Formulate and implement operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of system
Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities or Building services Engineering
Registered SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager) is an advantage
Min 2 years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
