a. Participate in the equipment FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), installation, commissioning, and acceptance of ongoing projects at the Singapore plant to ensure timely project delivery for production use.
b. Prepare for production readiness in equipment maintenance and technical modifications to ensure timely project delivery and smooth production processes.
c. Manage local equipment to ensure its operational reliability and timely maintenance, complying with national and company requirements.
d. Develop preventive maintenance management processes and plans, train relevant technical personnel, and ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance.
e. Ensure emergency maintenance and spare parts management for local equipment.
f. Manage and implement engineering project modification processes.
g. Conduct research and promotion of new technologies and processes in equipment and engineering projects, approve technical documents such as design changes and engineering work orders.
h. Conduct deviation investigations related to workshop equipment, take corrective actions to resolve issues, and implement preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
i. Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned relevant to the job.
j. Incorporate technical and best practices from the Changzhou and Taixing sites in China into the Singapore plant.
Competencies:
More than 10 years of working experience in CDMO plant
Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.

Automation enhancement of D22 bottom valve.
Addition of centrifuge in D10/D11.
Addition of three-in-one modifications in D10/D11/D16.
High-activity hydrogenation modification in D16.
D23 PPMO modification.
Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance in D10/D11 Small Molecule Workshops.
Fire System Maintenance at the CDMO plant.
