Senior Engineer/ Engineer (Production Control)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure customer request is cascaded to the line & achieving to the committed delivery
• Coordinating with the manufacturing department to ensure on-time delivery based on production plan or schedule
• Evaluate production performance indicators and promote relevant departments to take improvement actions
• Assist in responding to company strategy, capacity changes, new product launching plans and coordinating order product mix
• Create production plan for the customer devices in accordance with the business unit orders
• Coordinate production related index and successfully achieve production goals
• New product progress and follow-up preparation
• Communicate and coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues
• Organize and provide production operation index data as the basis for production control

Job Requirements

• 5 years or above production control or Semiconductor experience
• Degree in Semiconductor Engineering or Production Management or related discipline
• Preferably with experience in planning and master scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good Excel and analytical skills and attending to details
• Good communication skills, ability to work well independently under pressure and as a team player
• Strong stakeholder management skills and expose in a complex operational organization will be an added advantage
