Senior Engineer / Engineer, Facilities Management & Engineering (QM)
Job Responsibilities:
You will be part of Facility Management & Engineering department, supporting key processes such as strategic planning, performance management, risk and quality management, reporting, and business continuity planning to enable the department to achieve its organisational goals and objectives.
Your job role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Prepare and submit workplan budget costings and proposals for infrastructure renewal and improvement works
- Manage and track workplan, budget, asset utilisation and expenditure, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
- Assist and support departmental risk management and quality management initiatives, including emergency preparedness, business continuity planning (BCP), business continuity management (BCM) and building safety compliance
- Monitor and ensure quality assurance of departmental outputs and performance indicators
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
- Provide departmental reporting, data analysis and provide secretariat support for meetings and workgroups
- Undertake other assignments as required by the department
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Facilities Management with a minimum 2 years working experience
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, quality assurance processes and data analysis tools would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a dynamic, fluid environment
- A team player who is able to work independently, highly motivated and demonstrates excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
