Job Scope:
- Monitor and supervise the progress of subcontractors work to ensure alignment with approved shop drawings, method statements, materials, and sample specifications.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, main contractors, and clients on matters related to shop drawings, materials, and sample submissions.
- Review and validate ACMV design drawings to ensure they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Possess knowledge in M&E works and the ability to identify discrepancies among M&E, structural, ID, architectural drawings, and client requirements.
- Plan, manage, and execute projects in accordance with scheduled deadlines.
- Attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and provide updates on project progress.
- Study and assess drawings and specifications to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
- Assign tasks accordingly and ensure work is completed in compliance with established standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in electrical engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of M&E specifications and project requirements.
- Proficiency in calculation, and familiarity with software such as BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
