ACMV Project Engineer / Senior

Responsibilities:
. Monitor project progress including budget, schedule, and performance, and provide regular updates.
. Support the design, review, and implementation of technical systems and project deliverables.
. Collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to provide technical and operational support.
. Guide and mentor team members by assigning responsibilities and ensuring accountability.
. Review submissions and reports, initiating corrective measures where necessary.
. Identify and manage potential project risks.
. Prepare documentation for submissions, reports, and client deliverables.
. Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and project proposals.
. Engage and liaise with clients to maintain positive working relationships.
. Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support tasks at all levels.

Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree in Engineering
. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or similar industries
. Knowledge of Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation system and electrical wiring
. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Microsoft Office
. Class 3 driving licence preferred
. Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
. Familiarity with industry standards, codes and best practices
