Senior Engineer-Electro-Acoutics Design

What you will do

• Performs complex Hearing Aids concept design, aided by state of the art software tools and professional measurement setup
• Pioneering new technologies or solutions into next generation of BTE/RIC hearing aid
• Develop and optimize electrical performance as well as designing the finest acoustic sound experience
• Quality and Safety verification based on International Standard, American Standard (ANSI) and FDA Class 2 Medical Device
• Lead and mentor engineers to achieve team excellence

What you bring

• Master / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalentGood analysis skills
• Able to work and communicate well in a collaborative environment
• Design to Manufacturability and Design to cost
• FMEA , MATLAB , COMSOL, CST, TENSORFLOW knowledge are welcome
• Candidate with experience of audio and ESD development are welcome
• Inquisitive and Independent with solid communication and organizational skills to work across administrative boundaries
• Passionate in audio or medical product development, to bring better hearing to people
• Appreciation of new cultural experience and global teamwork including opportunity for business travel
