Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop technical specifications for CAPEX projects, review contractor proposals, and ensure design integration during execution.
Optimize system performance by analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing improvement projects.
Review Functional Design Specifications and manage changes to Integrated Control and Safety Systems.
Oversee installation and commissioning of measurement equipment, including tank gauging and custody transfer systems.
Conduct safety studies like PHA and HAZOP, ensuring compliance with technical standards and global guidelines.
Support automation strategy implementation in APAC.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in engineering and construction within refineries, terminals, or process plants.
Proficiency in PFDs, P&IDs, and industry standards (IEC, IEEE, ATEX, NFPA).
Expertise in Instrumented Safety Systems (IEC 61508/61511).
Knowledge of SIF, SIL, LOPA, and electrical design (SLD, MCC, voltage systems).
Relevant LV/MV certification is advantageous.
