Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site supervision team on all the Electrical and Building Construction works.
  • AssistConstruction Manager on all Electrical site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise constructionworks.
  • Address and respond to all Contractor's RFI's and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team.
  • Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising electrical works in Oil and gas or power plants.
  • Strong experience and ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single line, schematics, and specifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of field instrumentation, electrical systems, control systems, and industry standards.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a methodical approach to problem resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to stay current with new technologies and apply innovative solutions to optimize plant operations.
  • Leadership Qualities: Effective leadership and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing team members.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and resourceful, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
