Senior Engineer, Dry Process (Photolithography)

Job Description

• Lead the transfer, qualification, and industrialisation of new materials, processes, and products from R&D to production
• Develop qualification plans and ensure smooth execution across all industrialisation phases
• Improve dry processes through technical enhancements, cost reduction, and capacity optimisation
• Adapt production tools and processes to new technologies, regulatory changes, and product introductions
• Establish systems, procedures, and tools to support process development and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to define process parameters, tooling, and controls
• Drive industrial excellence initiatives focusing on quality, capability, and sustainability
• Work with global counterparts to exchange and implement best practices
• Lead cross-functional teams on industrialisation and productivity projects
• Provide engineering training and ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Manage all dry-process-related engineering projects and process change requests

Job Requirements

• Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience as a Senior Process Engineer in manufacturing or semiconductor industries
• Experience in photolithography is a plus
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, 8D, QRQC, and other process improvement tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Good understanding of project management methodologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive continuous improvement
