Requirements
- BEng/MSc/PhD student in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of analog circuit fundamental and semiconductor device physics
- Highly motivated, self-driven, curious, and hungry-to-learn
- Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Strong team-player with solid communication skills
Responsibilities
As an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of advanced CMOS transceiver and SERDES products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and understanding circuit specifications and system-level requirements.
- Designing and implementing high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, voltage regulators, amplifiers, transmitters (TX), receivers (RX), and clock/data recovery (CDR) circuits.
- Performing detailed circuit-level simulations and design verification using industry-standard EDA tools to ensure functionality, performance, and robustness.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including digital design, layout, and validation-to ensure seamless integration and successful tape-out.
- Participating in design reviews, maintaining thorough documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design methodologies and flows.
