You will be a member of the Industrial Relations team responsible for maintaining good tripartite relations between management, union and employees. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the unions on relevant matters, leading and planning activities pertaining to industrial relations and engaging staff and union office-bearers on a regular basis to achieve harmonious workplace relations. You will participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, prepare reports and provide critical
analysis on industrial relations trends.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in any discipline
1-3 years general HR experience with a good understanding of the Employment Act will be preferred
Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous and able to work with details
Able to work very independently in a dynamic environment Those with IHRP certifications will have an added advantage
