Lead the project team, overseeing project progression while managing costs and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Monitor and supervise subcontractors work, ensuring it aligns with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples to ensure alignment and approval.
Ensure that electrical and ELV design drawings meet all design specifications and guidelines, while identifying and resolving any discrepancies between electrical, structural, ID, architectural, and client requirements.
Apply sound technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services to address potential issues and discrepancies.
Manage and drive project execution to meet deadlines, ensuring all milestones are achieved as per plan.
Attend meetings with contractors, providing updates and addressing any issues to maintain smooth project progression.
Review and study project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
Allocate tasks to engineers and supervisors, ensuring all work is completed to standard and follows the set SOPs.Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in the Electrical or M&E field, with managerial experience preferred.
