Senior Electrical O&M Manager - Semiconductor

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical electrical infrastructure within a complex industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of power distribution systems while driving innovation through digitalisation, predictive maintenance, and smart technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineering professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical power systems to ensure safety and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through smart technologies and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Manage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate audits, contractor management, and emergency response planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives.
• Manage departmental capital and operational expenditure budgets.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience, including leadership or managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Experience with power system analysis, monitoring, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with industry standards, electrical safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, process plants, or other complex engineering environments is advantageous.
