Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Co-ordinate with a team of technicians to provide on-site installation and support to customers for Electromechanical and Electrical wiring systems.

• Co-ordinate cross functional efforts and attend technical meetings with customers to meet customer design requirements.

• Manage and Report project progress and continually assess & adjust resource requirements to meet customer timelines.

• Drive new product development from initial prototyping to mass production.

• Sourcing new components and equipment to support new products & responsible for cost evaluations of new product and tooling.

• Co-ordinate/oversee progress of product development Cross-functional activities.

• Responsible for project FAI and project documentation (such as Customer-approvals, Drawings, Specifications, Production SOP, Work-Instructions etc.)

• Work with QA/QC to analyze and handle any quality issue.

• Any other duties/projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or a relevant technical discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a electrical engineering role

• Preferably in the Manufacturing or Electrical engineering industry

• Experience in design, Electrical power distribution panel or Electrical panel design/ motor is an added advantage
