Our client is a Engineering and construction company that specializes designing and delivering mega and significant projects. They are looking for an experienced
Senior Electrical Design Engineer for their expanding business.
Responsibilities
- Implement and track design checklists and project progress.
- Prepare electrical tender packages, including specifications and drawings.
- Lead electrical design for large-scale projects from design to construction.
- Design HV/LV switchgear, motor control systems, transformers, generators, cable systems, lighting, and power distribution for various facilities.
- Perform necessary design calculations (e.g., short circuit, load flow, cable sizing, lighting).
- Manage electrical and ELV packages during design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Design life safety and IT cabling systems with Lead Engineer support when required.
- Develop key engineering documents (P&IDs, IO lists, logic diagrams, etc.).
- Coordinate Electrical/ELV supervisors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Handle tendering and estimation for electrical/ELV works before project award.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in electrical design and construction.
- Extensive knowledge of local design codes and construction practices.

- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: To be Discussed based on experience (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
