Job Summary:
Senior Electric Motor Service Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, proposing tailored electric motor solutions, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal teams to support and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site services, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting of electric motors.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess motor conditions and define work requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians in project execution.
- Prepare service reports, including findings, recommendations, and work performed.
- Liaise with clients to schedule service, discuss project timelines, and coordinate site activities.
- Conduct motor diagnostics, testing, and failure analysis, providing effective solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in electric motor repair, testing, or field service.
- Familiar with various types of electric motors (e.g., LV / MV induction motor, DC motor, servo motor) and motor driven systems.
- Experience in motor installation, testing, alignment, fault diagnosis, vibration analysis and the use of common testing instruments.
- Able to work independently on-site with customer communication skills.
- Singapore class 3 driving license
- Fluent in English
