To provide information and advisory services to prospective students (and their parents/guardians) and ensure that the students are well informed on the choices of programmes offered and the application procedures. To drive sales conversion to support SIM's market share in Singapore.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Student Recruitment Operations
- To work with the Lead/Deputy Lead, Local Engagement, to manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
- To attend to customers enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer's needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathway
- To assist customers in programme application and checking for documentation to support the turnaround time for admissions processing
- To build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skills
- To comply with quality standards set for the department
Leads Management
- To follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis
- To prepare and maintain lead follow-up reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, marketing or customer service or Diploma with at least 5 years working experience
- Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
- Good understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore
