Key responsibilities
Be the go-to contact for customers-handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting sales activities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Maintain and update CRM and SAP systems with accurate data
Assist in ad-hoc sales projects and administrative tasks
Job Requirements
Experience in a Sales Support, or similar role
Familiarity with CRM systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Experience with SAP and customer service is a big plus
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A proactive team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks
