1. Responsible for e-Commerce strategy & commercial Growth across platforms (primarily Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & brand.com)
. Drive revenue growth, new customers & orders, higher AOV & conversion rate
. Manage relationships with marketplace category managers to drive GMV
2. Drive Performance Marketing
. Formulate and optimise platform on-site tools (GMV Max, product ads, shop ads, affiliates, CPAS etc) for better ROI.
. Support SEO & paid ad strategies (meta, google, affiliates, etc) by clarifying audience insights.
. Perform audience segmentation across different brands.
. Work with brand team to perfect on-site content (SIS & PDP).
3. Study online customer insights
. Identified core customer motivations online to support product story telling.
. Refine product USPs to improve clarity and conversion.
. Customer intent, and brand positioning.
. Improve social-to-site conversion.
