- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot factory instruments and electrical cabinets.
- Plan and perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment in compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and QHSE standards.
- Lead repairs, implement equipment improvement projects, and liaise with vendors/contractors on scope of work.
- Perform redesigns and improvements to equipment for enhanced performance and compliance with Management of Change (MOC) processes.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and local EHSS regulations.
- Participate in QHSE activities, including training, safety risk assessment (SRA) reviews, hazard correction, and incident reporting.
- Maintain work area housekeeping and enforce site safety regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Documentation
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
- Prepare and update Work Instructions, Troubleshooting Guides, Safety Risk Assessments, and training materials.
- Maintain and update equipment logs, instruments records, electrical cabinet schemes, and technical data sheets in SAP.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance, cost savings, quality, and yield.
Inventory & Procurement Support
- Track spare parts and inventory usage to ensure proper control.
- Assist procurement by providing technical specifications for spare parts.
